Our classically trained French/American chefs, partner with local farmers to bring the freshest, most sustainable, organic ingredients to the table creating globally inspired menus emphasizing a Mediterranean/American cuisine with a Midwest flair. Each event plan, large or small, begins with an uncompromising approach starting with a search for the best ingredients. The lead event staff has a distinct ability to masterfully manage and provide comprehensive event services down to the most intricate details. Even more unique, we utilize our sister restaurant, Mother Dough Bakery. As an artisan, organic bakery they create house-made baked goods, desserts, and French pastries providing a complete package experience for our catering.
